These Terms govern your use of Carbon Servers hosting services. By creating an account or renting a server, you agree to the following conditions.

1. Service Description

Carbon Servers provides game server hosting in EU datacenters. Performance may vary depending on game type, plugins, number of players, and network conditions.

2. Acceptable Use

• No illegal content or activities (EU jurisdiction applies).
• No DDoS attacks, abuse, spam, or harm to infrastructure.
• No redistribution of hosting services without prior agreement.

3. Payments & Billing

• Services are billed in advance.
• Unpaid invoices may result in server suspension.
• Refunds are not provided unless required by EU law.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your server at any time from your dashboard. Service remains active until the end of the paid period.

5. Backups & Data

We provide automated backups when included in your plan, but users are responsible for maintaining their own copies as needed.

6. Liability

Carbon Servers cannot be held responsible for data loss, downtime, or damage caused by misuse, third-party plugins, or external attacks.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the latest version.
