Getting Started
- Create your account – sign up and confirm your email address.
- Choose a game & plan – pick your server type (ex: Minecraft, Rust, etc.) and a size that fits your player count.
- Deploy your server – once payment is confirmed, your server is created in a few minutes in our EU datacenters.
- Share the IP with your friends – copy the IP/port from your dashboard and give it to your players.
- Manage your server – restart, stop, change settings, upload worlds and mods directly from the panel.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to get my server up and running?
Your server is typically deployed within a few minutes after purchase. You will receive an email notification once it is ready.
Where are your servers located?
Our game servers are hosted in European datacenters to provide low latency across EU countries. You will see the region in your dashboard when creating a server.
How many players can my server handle?
It depends on your plan, game and plugins/mods. As a rule of thumb, our S plan is ideal for small groups of friends, M for communities, and L for large public servers.
Can I install mods or plugins?
Yes. Most games we support allow you to upload mods or plugins from the control panel or via FTP/SFTP. Check the game-specific guide in your dashboard for details.
Billing & account
How do I cancel my server?
You can cancel from the billing section of your dashboard. Your service will remain active until the end of the paid period.
How do I update my payment method?
You can update your payment method from the billing section of your dashboard. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
